Online bookings and payments are handled through the providers linked from the website. Review their security and privacy information before using their services. No website or service can guarantee complete protection against every threat.

Report a security concern

Email info@firerockgolf.com with “Website security report” in the subject. Include:

• The affected page URL and a description of the issue.
• When you noticed it and the browser or device involved.
• Steps that show the issue without accessing anyone else’s information.
• Your contact details so we can follow up.

Remove personal information, credentials, and payment details from screenshots or examples. If the issue involves sensitive information, send a brief description first so an appropriate way to share details can be arranged.

Responsible reporting

Report concerns privately and allow time for investigation before sharing technical details publicly. Do not access, change, download, or disclose someone else’s information; disrupt the website; or test booking and payment providers without their permission. Stop if you encounter private information and report what you observed.

This page provides a reporting channel. It does not authorize intrusive testing or establish a paid bug bounty program. Concerns about external services should also be reported directly to the relevant provider.

Start bookings and purchases from links on this website. Check the destination address before entering personal or payment information. Do not send passwords or payment card details through our contact form or ordinary email.

If a message claiming to be from FireRock asks for unexpected payment or sensitive information, call (519) 471-3473 using the number on this website before acting. For an urgent booking or payment issue, contact our team and the provider involved.
